- All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly
sexed. If you are not satisfied, I will replace the animal as
long as you notify me within 48 hours from the time of arrival.
- Payment is required in advance by cashier's check or money order
made payable to Cypress Creek Reptiles. Personal checks or business
checks are accepted, but must clear before shipment is sent.

- All shipments in the U.S.are sent airfreight collect, I use
Delta, US Air and Airborne Express, shipping can also be paid
in advance.
- All specimens are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Advanced reservations are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
All customers with deposits will be notified first, followed by
non-deposit customers. If I cannot supply you with your order,
your deposit will be refunded promptly.

- I ship World Wide, international shipments require CITES permits
and US Fish and Wildlife inspections, the flat fee for this is
$155.00 I ship internationally with British Airways, freight is
pre-paid by the customer. International freight is usually $250.00
